We offer industry-leading 12-24 months warranty coverage on our genuine products, a flexible 30 days returns policy, and a streamlined warranty service process to ensure hassle-free after-sales support for every purchase.
2. Unless otherwise specified in the manufacturer's warranty documentation provided with the product, all products carry a standard warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment by GoodProx. *For some long warranty period products, please refer to their description page.
Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification or repair.
3. Failure to install, operate, store, or maintain the product in accordance with product specifications or industry standards.
4. Software, firmware, or consumables not supplied by GoodProx.
5. Damage resulting from external factors (e.g., power issues, extreme environments, acts of nature).

Warranty Service Process
1. Report the Issue
If you suspect a product defect, please first contact us directly. Provide the order number, product model, product specs (if available), and a detailed description of the failure.
2. Diagnosis & Authorization
Our technical support team may contact you for remote troubleshooting. If the issue is confirmed to be under warranty, follow the GoodProx RMA process, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Return the Product
Return the product to the designated address according to the provided RMA instructions. Please note: Returns will Not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
4. Repair or Replacement
Upon receipt, the product will be inspected. If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will at our option repair the defective product, replace it with an equivalent product, or replace it with a new product
5. Service Completion
The repaired or replacement product will be returned to you. GoodProx will cover standard ground shipping costs both ways for warranty-covered service.


Returns Policy Overview
Standard Return Policy
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
3. Returns Process:
All returns require a prior RMA authorization number. Please initiate a return request to info@goodprox.com.
4. General 30 Days Returns:
All non-customized, standard stock GoodProx products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date, provided the product is in new, unused, and fully resalable condition. This requires the original packaging to be intact, all original accessories, parts, and user manuals to be included, and no signs of use, damage, or modification. For general returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
